We do understand that you might want to cancel a booking if the weather forecast is bad, and let’s face it, uphill skiing in gale force winds isn’t everybody’s cup of tea. But we have had a very high number of repeated cancellations, which are vey time consuming and cause undue stress for our booking officer. So we have decided to enforce the cancellation rules, as stated in point 4 of the booking rules.
There will be a 10% charge if a booking is cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival date (NOT 50% as stated in the rules). If a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the arrival date, no refund will be given. Exceptions can be made at the committee’s discretion.
