Create a login
If you are not in the system create a new login by clicking Join then click Register (under casual member). Members need to register this way too. You will receive an email with a validation link. If you don’t get an email check your spam folder before contacting us via the chat bubble.
Pay your Subscription
To pay your sub after you have registered and logged in click Join then Pay Subscription. This takes you to a form. Tell us the reference you will use that we will see in the bank account. We will update you to a member after we confirm the deposit. Until that happens you will be quoted non-member rates. Do it early.
Book your stay
To book you must be logged in. You must fill in your billing address before you may book. https://thedownhillski.club/my-account/edit-address/billing/
Click Book. Enter the arrival and departure dates.
Select your room type. Double + single is room 1. Double + bunk is any other room. For the room type you want Click Book then click Confirm Reservation.
Enter the number of adults and children. Note both of these must have a numeric value, zero is OK.
Room not big enough
If your group won’t fit into one room e.g. there are over 4 of you select 2 from the accommodation type drop down, Click Book then click Confirm Reservation.
If you selected casual membership you are not a member per se. The rates you see are non-member rates. Do not select any non member nights under services. If you stay and then want to join we will credit your non-member rate difference. When to do that:

Ways to pay
You may pay using wallet credits or a credit card via stripe. Credit cards incur a 3% surcharge. Top up your wallet with cash under My Account before you book. This is a form telling us what reference you will use. We will update your wallet balance after we confirm the deposit. Until that happens you will have to pay by credit card. Do it early to save 3%.
By using wallet credit or a credit card your booking is confirmed immediately.
Bringing a guest
If you are a member and you want to bring a guest enter the count of all adults and children as usual. Then check the tick box for the number of those who are guests. This adds $20 per guest per night.
After you book you will receive an email. It has a link to click should you need to cancel, keep your emails. The day before you are due to arrive you will receive an automatic email that will include the door code and which room you are in. There are no bunk lists so keep your emails.
